How can I amend or cancel my booking?

Parkat does not hold any customer or booking details. We provide a comparison service that simply transfers you to your chosen car parking agent. Please contact the booking agent for any further information.

Why book airport car parking through us?

Is my vehicle insured whilst being stored at the car park?

Yes. Our associates provide free insurance cover whilst your vehicle is in their possession. If you have chosen a Meet and Greet service your vehicle is also insured whilst it is in transit.

Security features such as the Park Mark award, CCTV, fencing etc. are clearly stated for each car park to ensure quality of service.

Where can I find the car park address?

Your booking confirmation email will provide you with all the relevant details that you will require. If you are experiencing any difficulties please contact the booking agent directly.

Can I use the postcode provided with a Satellite Navigation System?

Although Parkat endeavours to provide accurate location information this cannot always be so due to the information provided to us by our associates. You should always consult your booking conformation email to verify any queries.

Do I keep my car keys?

The majority our associates will ask for your keys upon arrival. To meet health and safety requirements your keys will be stored by the service provider. This is to ensure that in the event of an emergency your vehicle can be moved safely and appropriately.

Where will my valet attendant greet me?

For Meet and Greet services your valet attended will meet at the airports departure car lane. Some Meet and Greet services require you to contact the service provider switchboard to arrange your vehicle collection.

When should I arrive at the car park?

You should check both your boarding and transfer time to ensure you have enough time to travel from the car park to the airport terminal. Transfer times and distance are provided by Parkat but to ensure absolute accuracy you should consult your booking conformation email.

Do you charge a booking fee?

PARKAT does not charge you to use our services. They are completely FREE

Why should I pre-book my parking space?

All car parking services have a maximum capacity limit. For this reason It is strongly advised to pre-book to avoid disappointment on the day. Here at Parkat you can save up to 60%.

Do you have to pay more for a larger vehicle?

All our car park prices are for standard sized vehicles. If you are driving a larger vehicle e.g. a mini bus or maybe a car with a trailer you may be asked to pay an extra fee. For more information on a particular booking please contact the booking agent.
